How do I find the right size?
We advise you to check the size guide on the product page. You can find this by clicking on "size chart" which is located right on top of the size selector. By doing so, you will find the perfect size for you.
How should I wash my bottoms or topwear?
Proper care ensures your garments stay in great condition for longer. Here's a guide on how to wash your bottoms and topwear:
Washing Instructions:
- Cool wash only (do not wash on a temperature higher than 30°C)
- Wash the garment inside out
- Wash with similar coloured garments
- Do not use fabric softener (this can harm elastane fibres)
- Do not bleach
Care Instructions:
- Do not pull/stretch when wet
- Do not tumble dry (this can harm elastane fibres)
- Air dry only
- Cool iron garment inside out. Steam if possible (only if required, but not recommended)
- If fold marks are present when you receive the garment, these will go once washed
Do you offer gift cards?
To purchase a gift card, simply visit our website and navigate to the gift cards section. From there, you can choose the desired amount for the gift card and add it to your cart. During the checkout process, you can provide the recipient's email address and a personalized message if you'd like to send the gift card directly to them.
Once the purchase is complete, the gift card will be delivered electronically to the recipient's email inbox, along with instructions on how to redeem it. Recipients can then use the gift card to shop for their favorite items on our website at their convenience.

How do I track my order?

What happens if I don’t pick up my package?
If you do not pick up your package or receive your delivery within the given time frame, it will automatically be returned to us. Once your package has been returned and processed, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the products in the package/delivery, excluding any shipping fees. After this, a fee of €19.90 will be charged for the unclaimed shipment to cover increased handling costs and carrier fees.
If you paid by invoice or account, the fee will be added to your invoice. If you paid by card, the fee will be deducted from your refund.
