We understand that circumstances may change, but our commitment to quick processing means we're already working diligently to prepare your order for shipment as soon as it's received. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to double-check their orders before finalizing payment.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, our Customer Service team cannot manually cancel it on your behalf.
After placing your order, cancellation will no longer be possible as your order will already be moving through our warehouse for picking and packing. If you decide you no longer want your items, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Can I make changes to my order?
As orders are sent to our warehouse quickly to ensure fast dispatch, we’re unable to make most amendments once an order has been placed.
This includes:
- Adding or removing items
- Changing a product, size, or colour
- Changing the shipping method or courier
- Editing payment details
- Applying discount codes or adjusting prices
If you notice an error, you can contact us with your order number within 15 minutes of placing it via email at info@berry-helsinki.com.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes you have a 15-minute window after placing your order to update your delivery address.
You can do this by contacting our customer service team via email at info@berry-helsinki.com. After 15 minutes, we’re unable to guarantee address changes as your order will already be in processing at our warehouse.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to update the address directly with the courier using the tracking information provided in your “Your Order Is On The Way” email. Courier policies may vary, so this is not guaranteed.
We always recommend double-checking your delivery details at checkout to avoid any delays.

This can sometimes happen if there’s a typo in the email address, the email has landed in your spam/junk folder, or there was a slight delay after placing the order.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
RETURN PERIOD
We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. The item must not have odors,
makeup stains, or similar traces of use. All products must be returned in their original packaging suitable for resale. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that do not meet these requirements or are returned after the 14-day return period. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
WHAT ARE MY REFUND OPTIONS?
1. Standard Refund
Return the product(s) to us and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected. Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
2. Gift Card with +15% Extra Value
Return the product(s) to us and receive a Berry Helsinki digital gift card worth 115% of your original purchase amount. This option is perfect if you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange for another item. Gift cards are issued faster than standard refunds, once your return has been processed at our warehouse, you’ll receive it via email within 1–3 business days. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
RETURN SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
Please make sure to inform the courier that the package is a return shipment, and clearly mark it as such on the outside of the package. This is important to ensure that the parcel is handled correctly and delivered directly to our warehouse without delays. We do not accept returns that are sent to pickup points or parcel lockers. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the return is correctly addressed and shipped.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@berry-helsinki.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. After we receive your item, it will be inspected before the refund is issued. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving the package, and refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account after processing.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PICK UP MY PACKAGE?
If you do not pick up your package or receive your delivery within the given time frame, it will automatically be returned to us. Once your package has been returned and processed, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the products in the package/delivery, excluding any shipping fees. After this, a fee of €19.90 will be charged for the unclaimed shipment to cover increased handling costs and carrier fees.
