Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Berry-helsinki products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for unopened and unused items with tags, and in its original packaging. Please read the details below before initiating a return.
RETURN PERIOD
We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
We only accept returns for unopened, unused, and untampered products.
Items must be in their original packaging, in a resalable condition.
We do not accept returns for used, opened, or damaged items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@berry-helsinki.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item before issuing a refund.
Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving the package.
Refunds may take up to 3-10 days to appear in your account after processing.
EXCHANGES & FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you wish to exchange a product, let us know when registering your return so we can process it quickly.
If the exchange item is unavailable, we will provide store credit or offer an alternative solution.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
