RETURNS POLICY
If you're having second thoughts about your activewear, don't worry; you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it.
Please note it can take up to 10 days for us to process your return from the date we receive it.
All customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return a product.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. The item must not have odors, makeup stains, or similar traces of use.
All products must be returned in their original packaging suitable for resale. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that do not meet these requirements or are returned after the 14-day return period.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
1. Standard Refund
Return the product(s) to us and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected. Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
2. Gift Card with +15% Extra Value
Return the product(s) to us and receive a digital gift card worth 115% of your original purchase amount. This option is perfect if you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange for another item. Gift cards are issued faster than standard refunds, once your return has been processed at our warehouse, you’ll receive it via email within 1–3 business days. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Please make sure to inform the courier that the package is a return shipment, and clearly mark it as such on the outside of the package. This is important to ensure that the parcel is handled correctly and delivered directly to our warehouse without delays.
We do not accept returns that are sent to pickup points or parcel lockers. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the return is correctly addressed and shipped.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@berry-helsinki.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
After we receive your item, it will be inspected before the refund is issued. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving the package, and refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account after processing.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
If you do not pick up your package or receive your delivery within the given time frame, it will automatically be returned to us. Once your package has been returned and processed, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the products in the package/delivery, excluding any shipping fees.
After this, a fee of €19.90 will be charged for the unclaimed shipment to cover increased handling costs and carrier fees.
All orders placed between 02.12.2025 - 31.12.2025 are eligible for return until 31.01.2026.
Your refund will be made to the same payment method you used to place the order. For any returns made after the return period of 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse refund or issue refund.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please ensure these are returned separately to avoid any complications.
We do not currently offer exchanges

Please note that for hygiene reasons, any type of underwear, socks or bottles cannot be returned.
FINAL SALE PRODUCTS
US & Canada Orders
Products marked 'Final Sale' on the product page are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.
These items will be marked 'Final Sale' on the product page and have been additionally discounted.
Note - This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any final sale products that are faulty, misdescribed, or non-functional are eligible for return.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

Please contact customer support here and our team will investigate your order.
For any courier disputes, we may require you to get in touch with your local courier or complete a "Denial Of Receipt" form.
Each courier has a "Denial Of Receipt" form which we are required to provide when starting a formal investigation on your behalf.
This document needs to be signed by you and list the details and quantities of each product that have been lost.
All claims for parcels arriving damaged or lost must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

Please contact customer support and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
Please DO NOT return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.

- Order number (e.g #123456)
- Item name/description (if known)
- Photos that show the fault
Photos should include:
- The fault on the product as clearly as possible.
- The BERRY tag and label clearly visible on the item.
- A Full-length photo of the item.
All claims for orders arriving with damaged or wrong items must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
